Dr. Kirk Reynolds is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine. He specializes in sports medicine with specific expertise in problems of the shoulder, knee, ankle and elbow. His practice focuses on arthroscopic treatment of various shoulder, elbow and knee injuries. He also specializes in cartilage restoration of the knee including matrix autologous chondrocyte implantation (MACI) and cartilage transplants, as well as, advanced shoulder reconstruction including total shoulder arthroplasty and reverse shoulder arthroplasty.

Dr. Reynolds, a native of Searcy, Ark., attended the University of Arkansas, and then earned a master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Central Arkansas. He practiced physical therapy in northwest and central Arkansas for four years with a strong interest in orthopedic injuries and rehabilitation. After attending medical school at UAMS in Little Rock, he completed his orthopedic surgery residency at UAMS in 2012.

Dr. Reynolds returned to Arkansas from Colorado where he completed a fellowship in sports medicine and shoulder surgery at CU Sports Medicine and the University of Colorado. While in Colorado, he served as an assistant team physician for the University of Colorado Buffaloes and the University of Denver Pioneers.

Dr. Reynolds is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is an active member of the Arkansas Orthopaedic Society, Southern Orthopaedic Association, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and the Arthroscopy Association of North America. He currently represents the Arkansas on the Council of Delegates of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine.

Dr. Reynolds’ wife, Kimberly Krulin Reynolds, M.D,, is a gynecologist at The West Little Rock Women’s Clinic. Dr. Reynolds enjoys spending time with his wife and children – all who are avid fans of the Arkansas Razorbacks. The family attends Second Presbyterian Church in Little Rock.
