Jacoby Jacobsen, DO

Dr. Jacobsen is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon, fellowship trained in Pediatric Orthopedics. He has interest in and surgical and clinical experience in caring for pediatric orthopedic conditions that include sports injuries, fractures, limb deformity and congenital abnormalities. He received his medical degree from Midwestern University – Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency training at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, in Toledo, Ohio and received subspecialty training with a fellowship in pediatric orthopaedic surgery at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Jacobsen received his undergraduate at Brigham Young University, in Provo, Utah. Dr. Jacobsen practices through the University of Utah School of Medicine. His primary office locations are in Lehi and Provo, Utah.
