Devin Carroll, DPM

Dr. Devin Carroll was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Brigham Young University and a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Des Moines University. Following his doctorate, Dr. Carroll completed his three-year surgical residency at Chestnut Hill Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. During his residency, he developed a unique set of surgical skills by regularly performing surgeries with podiatric, orthopedic, plastic, and vascular surgeons. He also developed a good relationship with the infectious disease and primary care doctors and would join them on their rounds when time permitted.

Dr. Carroll is trained in all aspects of conservative and surgical foot and ankle care including sports medicine, forefoot and rearfoot deformities, diabetic foot care, and limb salvage. Serving as Chief Resident in his third year of residency, Dr. Carroll enjoyed teaching his fellow residents in the operating room as well as the clinic to help them develop their podiatric skills. He is an active member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

Outside the office, Dr. Carroll enjoys spending time with his wife, Hillary, and their five children. They love exploring different beaches and parks around the area. His hobbies include cooking, golfing, and camping. After living in South Carolina, Utah, Iowa, and Pennsylvania, Dr. Carroll is excited raise his family in the Tidewater area.
