Dr. Garrett Wireman is a podiatrist with Integrative Foot & Ankle Centers of Washington.
He earned his dual undergraduate degrees in Athletic Training and Exercise Physiology, with a minor in Psychology, from Marshall University in 2016. He completed his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Western University of Health Sciences in 2021. Dr. Wireman completed his residency at the University of Louisville in 2024 and his fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at Shasta Orthopedics Foot and Ankle Institute in 2025.
Dr. Wireman has highly specialized training in total ankle replacements and revisions, trauma care, hindfoot and flatfoot reconstruction, Charcot reconstruction, external fixation, and minimally invasive surgery. He is dual board qualified by ABFAS® in Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery (RRA), and is skilled in treating complex deformities, arthritis, ankle instability, fractures, frostbite, and forefoot conditions.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Wireman enjoys the outdoors, jiu-jitsu, rock climbing, music, vintage collections, watches, and literature. He also values time with his two cats and his fiancée, and maintains a strong interest in research and clinical innovation.
