Daren M. Guertin is a board-certified podiatric physician and surgeon with over 20 years of experience.
Dr. Guertin received a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Louisiana State University, where he was two-time All-American in springboard diving and placed 3rd on the one-meter and three-meter springboard events at NCAA Championships in 1998. He then proceeded to study at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, where he earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 2003. After graduating he stayed in Philadelphia for three more years to complete his postgraduate training as a resident at Hahnemann University Hospital.
Dr. Guertin is board-certified by, and is a Fellow of, the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS). He is affiliated with several hospitals in the Houston area, including Houston Methodist Baytown Hospital, HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast, and CHI St. Luke’s Patients Medical Center, Pasadena. Dr. Guertin is also an active member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Texas Podiatric Medical Association.
