Zohar is a successful visionary and entrepreneur with more than twenty years of proven executive, management, directorship and investment experiences in several private and public companies. He has served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of  Presbia Holdings, as the President and Director of  Presbia PLC (NASDAQ: LENS), as principal at  Orchard Capital, a Private equity firm, providing support to Orchard Capital’s portfolio companies in management and operational efficiencies, as the President and Chief Executive Officer of  Universal Telecom Services, Inc., a provider of telecommunications services and solutions to emerging markets, as Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy of  j2 Global (NASDAQ: JCOM), as the Chief Information Officer at  j2 Global., as the founder and President of  MTP Consulting, Inc., a business consulting firm, as the founder and President of  Imali, Inc., a business consulting firm, as the Managing Director at  Orchard Telecom, a provider of telecommunications consulting services and products to emerging markets, as a consultant and Board member to  MAI Systems Corporation (AMEX: NOW), a provider of information technology solutions to the Hospitality Industries, as the co‐founded and Managing Director at  Life Alert Emergency Response, Inc., a provider of Emergency Response and security services for the elderly, as director at  Ocata Therapeutics (NASDAQ: OCAT), a biotechnology company specializes in the development and commercialization of cell therapies and as director at  Environmental Solutions Worldwide, Inc. (OTCMKTS: ESWW).  He has volunteered as probono director at Los Angeles Charter High School CHAMPS. Mr. Loshitzer holds a degree in Electrical Eng.

Gary is a senior healthcare industry veteran with decades of commercial and C-suite experience in scaling organizations, shaping global operations and driving innovation in the healthcare sector. Over the course of his 32-year career at J&J, he held numerous senior leadership positions across both the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors, most recently as a Worldwide Chairman at Johnson & Johnson in its $20B+ Medical Devices Group (2012-2017). In this role he led a global business where new technologies, global expansion and focus on the patient were critical to success. Prior to that, he held roles of increasing responsibility including, Company Group Chairman of Ethicon, Inc., and President of Janssen-Ortho Inc. in Canada. Gary also helped lead the J&J strategic collaboration with Google, which was established for the advancement of surgical robotics. He has extensive experience in merger and acquisition transactions, portfolio management, quality and compliance and global regulatory strategy. Currently, he serves in board management and strategic advisory roles for several medtech companies.
