Located in Houston, Texas, Randall L. Beckman, DPM, FACFAS, is a skilled podiatrist and leader in advanced foot and ankle techniques. At Spring Branch Podiatry, PLLC, his approach is to work with each patient to determine a plan of action for healing and the elimination of foot pain and problems.
Dr. Beckman attended Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine (now Temple University College of Podiatric Medicine) in Philadelphia. He went on to complete his residency through the Harris County Podiatric Surgical Residency Program in Houston. Dr. Beckman is board certified in podiatric surgery as well as reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery. He also serves as a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot able Ankle Surgeons.
From simple sprains and strains to chronic pain and trauma, Dr. Beckman has been trained in the latest techniques and has experience in every type of foot ailment and malady. He also has advanced training in bunion and ankle reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Beckman is also an accomplished athlete, as he has completed 9 Ironman events, run multiple marathons and participated in many long distance cycling events. With this unique experience and knowledge, Dr. Beckman brings a special perspective and empathy to his patient care, as he has a personal desire to recuperate his patients to their optimum potential in as quick a manner as possible.
He has advanced training in diabetic limb salvage, bunion repair, rearfoot and ankle trauma, arthroscopic repair of the ankle, sports medicine, and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery.
Dr. Beckman also serves to educate future podiatrists by participating as an attending for the Harris County Podiatric Surgical Residency Program.
