Dr. Kosari is board certified in foot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery (ABPS). He is a highly specialized and trained surgeon who’s focus is on complex foot and ankle deformities such as symptomatic flatfoot deformity, cavus foot deformity, reconstruction of Charcot foot deformity secondary to peripheral diabetic neuropathy, complex ankle injury and reconstruction of failed and/or non-union of fracture repair, foot and ankle trauma from high speed car and motorcycle accidents, to industrial accidents and fall from height injuries. One of Dr. Kosari’s specialties is limb salvage and reconstruction of diabetic foot problems, such as infected foot ulcers, osteomyelitis, gangrene of the foot, cellulitis and deep necrotizing fasciitis, and many other problems that diabetic patients have with their feet. Dr. Kosari’s specialized training at the world famous Hospital for Special Surgery and Cornell University, in New York, has prepared him for the most complicated foot and ankle problems.
